1. SHIPPING TO SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over €90 for all of Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands) and Portugal, with a transit time of 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders under this amount will have a €7 shipping surcharge for deliveries to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands.
All shipments to any point in Spain will be made via courier; we primarily work with SEUR. For other destinations, please inquire about costs and conditions.
Orders placed in the Canary Islands will have a FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING service (on orders over €90) with a transit time of 48 to 72 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
2. SHIPPING TO THE REST OF EUROPE
Orders placed from other European countries are subject to the following conditions.
Europe 1: This zone includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.
• Shipping costs €18 for orders up to €150.
• Free shipping for orders over €120.
Europe 2: This zone includes the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.
• Shipping costs €18 for orders up to €150.
• Free shipping for orders over €150.
3. SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
- For orders up to €200, shipping costs €35.
- For orders over €200, shipping is free.
Only orders received before 11:00 AM can be shipped the same day; all others will be shipped the following day. All orders include additional shipping insurance, which protects them against any damage or loss that may occur during transit. Aloe Vera Luxury will resend the lost or damaged item at no extra cost to the customer. Please note that a replacement product cannot be sent until the carrier confirms that the package has been lost.
SHIPPING
At Aloe Vera Luxury, we continuously track the shipment of every purchase, in case the carrier has difficulty finding your address or attempted delivery when no one was home.
Once you have made your purchase, you can request a tracking code for your order if you wish to check the exact delivery date.
Customs fees are included in the price you paid. We will never ask you to pay extra for customs fees, VAT, or other charges. Everything is included in the price.

This is the recommended payment method, as it has no additional cost. Aloe Vera Luxury accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Euro6000 cards. Your card is validated through the Bankia Payment Gateway.
To ensure maximum security for the payment system, Aloe Vera Luxury uses a gateway that allows for fast and secure payment, as confidential data is transmitted directly and encrypted to the corresponding financial institution.
2) PayPal
This payment method has no additional charges. PayPal has over 230 million users worldwide and allows you to make payments with other cards or directly through your bank account. For more information, visit the official PayPal website.
3) Bank Deposit or Transfer
After making your purchase, we will provide you with the account number where you should deposit the order amount. Aloe Vera Luxury reserves the right to wait for payment before shipping the order and to cancel the order if payment is not received within 48 hours of purchase. Please remember to always include your full name in the payment reference to avoid any confusion. This payment method does not incur any additional fees.

RETURN POLICY
