1. SHIPMENTS TO SPAIN AND PORTUGAL:


We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over € 59 for all of Spain (including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands) and Portugal with a transit time of 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If the purchase is less than this amount, it will have a supplement of 7 € of shipping costs for shipments to the entire peninsular territory, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands.
All shipments to any point in Spain will be made by courier, we preferably collaborate with SEUR. For other destinations please check the cost and conditions.
Orders placed in the Canary Islands will have a FREE URGENT SHIPPING service (on orders over € 59) with a transit time of 48 to 72 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If the purchase is less than this amount, it will have a supplement of € 4.95 shipping.
 
2. SHIPMENTS TO THE REST OF EUROPE: Orders made from other countries in Europe will be subject to the following conditions.
Europe 1:
Area to which the following countries correspond: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Denmark, and Ireland.

· For orders up to 95€, shipping costs 12€.
· For orders over 95€, free shipping.
 
Europe 2:
Corresponding to the countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.
· For orders up to 95€, shipping costs 15€.
· For orders over 95€, free shipping.


3. SHIPMENTS OUT OF EUROPE;


- On orders up to 95€, shipping costs € 35
- On orders over 95€, free shipping costs.

Only orders received before 11:00 am may be shipped the same day, the rest will be shipped the next day. All orders have additional shipping insurance, which protects them from possible damage or loss that may occur during the transport process. Aloe Vera Luxury.com is responsible for its forwarding at no additional cost to the customer. You should be aware that a new product cannot be resent until the carrier confirms that the package has been lost.
 
TRANSPORT
At Aloe Vera Luxury we continuously monitor the shipment of each purchase, given the possibility that the carrier may have problems finding your address or that it may have tried to deliver when nobody was home.

Once the purchase is made, you can ask us for a tracking code for your order if you want to check the exact delivery day. The customs expenses are included in the price you have paid, we will never ask you for an additional payment for customs expenses, VAT payment or other supplements. Everything is included in the price.
 
PAYMENT METHODS


1) Account deposit or bank transfer
After making the purchase we will indicate the account number where you have to enter the order amount. Aloe Vera Luxury reserves the right to wait for the deposit before sending the order and to cancel the order; if payment of the order is not made within 48 hours of purchase. Remember to always indicate as a concept of payment your name and surname to avoid possible confusion. This payment method does not entail any additional expense.
 
2) PayPal
This payment method has no surcharge on the purchase price. PayPal has more than 230 million users worldwide and allows you to make payments with other cards or directly through your bank account. For more information visit the official PayPal site.
 
3) Cash on delivery
The cash on delivery payment has an additional cost of 5€ which will be applied by the courier.
Your order will be in "Validating or Pending" status until our staff confirms with you the shipping information and the total amount to be paid for the purchase.
Prices with taxes included
 
The RRP that you see reflected in the product has VAT included, eliminating any extra charge to be paid at the time of delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

If at the time of receiving your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of 14 days, starting from the date of receipt, to execute the right of return.

To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in your case. Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses, and after checking its condition, the amount will be reimbursed according to the payment method made by the client. The sale price of the product will be paid, excluding the shipping cost incurred by the customer.
The return or exchange of defective products and erroneous shipments will be accepted, ALOE VERA LUXURY being responsible for the shipping costs provided that the customer communicates this circumstance within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
 
ORDER CANCELLATION

In case you want to cancel your order once it has been confirmed, processed and is in the delivery process, 5.90€ will be charged for the management and transport costs.
